Many developing countries suffer from poverty and hunger. When viewing the below chart one can see that people who living on less than $2 per day is more than 50% in many developing countries. Advanced countries help them to improve things, However, it is nessesary to fundemental development in their sociaty. In my opinion, education is the best strategies to achieve social development in developing countries. Thus, I think that we should support them to improve their educational environment.
First, Education enables those in paid formal employment to earn higher wages. Better-educated individuals in wage employment are paid more to reward them for their higher productivity. (1)According to The UN Secretary-General's Global Initiative on Education, on average, one year of education is associated with a 10% increase in wage earnings. Also, education helps protect working men and women from exploitation by increasing their opportunities to obtain secure contracts. (2)In El Salvador, only 5% of workers with less than primary education have an employment contract, leaving them noticeably vulnerable. By contrast, 47% of those with secondary education work under signed contracts.

Second, Mothers’ education has saved millions of children’s lives. (3)Due to The United Nation Development Program 'Human Development Index' published on 2004, if the women in developing countries gets one more year of schooling, 5-10% of infant mortality rate decreases. Educated mothers are more likely to give birth with the help of a midwife or other skilled birth attendant. (2)Around 40% of all under-5 deaths occur within the first 28 days of life, the majority being due to complications during delivery. A literate mother is, on average, 23% more likely to have a skilled attendant at birth. And, Educated mothers are likely to ensure their children are vaccinated. (1)According to The UN Secretary-General's Global Initiative on Education, if all women in low and lower middle income countries had completed secondary education, the probability of a child receiving immunization against the diseases incident to childhood such as diphtheria, tetanus and whooping cough, would have increased by 43%.
Third, Educated children has the excellent potential for leading society. There is an organization named 'Compassion'. This organization built the school for educating children in developing countries. (4)Their Child Development Program provides opportunities that encourage healthy development in four areas — spiritual, physical, social and economic. (5)In 2008, Dr. Bruce Wydick, a professor of economics and international studies at the University of San Francisco, conducted a study of Compassion’s Child Sponsorship Program to determine its impact on the adult life outcomes of formerly sponsored children against those of children who were not part of the ministry’s programs. The research found that former Compassion sponsored children were more likely to be leaders in their communities and churches. They were 30 to 75 percent more likely to become community leaders as adults than their non-sponsored peers. This means that future generations of children will have better opportunities, inspiring role-models and strong voices to speak up for them.

(5)Nelson Mandela said that education is the most powerful weapon which you can use to change the world. I think that education gives them the strength for earning higher wages, saving children, and leading their future. This also means that conduce to the peace and progress of the world.
